Shipping
We ship quickly, securely, and with the utmost care – so your order arrives in perfect condition. Shipping to parcel lockers is not possible.

Note regarding Switzerland
Orchids cannot be shipped to Switzerland! Delivery is made duty unpaid (DAP). Additional costs (e.g., customs duties or import taxes) may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping of feeder insects
To ensure you always receive fresh and high-quality feeder animals, shipping takes place according to a fixed schedule:
- Order by Sunday, 21:00 PM
- Shipping on the following Wednesday
Important:
- If the order is placed after Sunday 21:00 PM, shipping will be postponed until the following week.
- This applies to the entire order, even if it contains other items.
Exception:
- Drosophila (fruit flies), silverfish, isopods and springtails are usually available fresh and will be shipped regardless of availability, provided they are in stock.
Shipping of terrariums
Glass terrariums
- Unfortunately, shipping is not possible due to the high risk of breakage.
Show terrariums (custom-made)
- Shipping via freight carrier (single trip) possible
- Direct delivery from the location to the customer
