Terms & Conditions
§1 Scope and Contracting Parties
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop between

(3) The product range is aimed at customers within the European Union and Switzerland.
(4) Any terms and conditions of the customer that deviate from these will not be recognized unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity.
(5) The contract languages are German, Dutch and English. The German version of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
§2 Conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
(3) The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail.
§3 Prices and payment conditions
(1) All prices include statutory VAT plus shipping costs.
(2) For deliveries to non-EU countries, in particular Switzerland, additional taxes, duties or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.
(3) The payment methods available to the customer are displayed during the ordering process.
§4 Delivery
(1) Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer within the European Union and Switzerland.
(2) Delivery times are indicated in the online shop.
(3) Deliveries to Switzerland are made duty unpaid (DAP). Any import duties, customs fees or other costs incurred are to be borne by the customer.
(4) Certain products may be excluded from shipment to certain countries for legal or logistical reasons.
§5 Retention of Title
Die Ware bleibt bis zur complete Bezahlung Eigentum des Verkäufers.
§6 Right of Cancellation
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the separate cancellation policy.
Returns from non-EU countries may incur additional costs, which must be borne by the customer.
§7 Gewährleistung
The statutory warranty rights apply.
§8 Liability
(1) The seller shall be fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, the seller shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
(3) Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
§9 Storage of the contract text
The contract text is saved and sent to the customer via email with the order confirmation.
§10 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS):

The seller is neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§11 Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
